Am using a sony handycam hdr sr11 and a leadnovo capture card but I keep on getting the following error

AddNewInput.The following are supported:

960x540 NTSC 60p MJPG
960x540 NTSC 60p MJPG

Unspecified error

Can I get some assitance on this please.

It appears that the camera is sending an interlaced signal, but the capture device is only accepting progressive (i.e. two captures at half the resolution)
