I would like to have some suggestion by some user more expert than me to understand how to approach sequencing in terms of agenda list & action during live events

I mean, during a corporate meeting there will be at 9 AM opening credits, then 9:05 opening conference with main speaker, which will include camera 1, camera 2, powerpoint, graphics and more
than on air a corporate video
than round table with three speaker and powerpoint

how do you manage this?
i use an excel file that i update from time to time, but does someone know if there is something more specific, even may be integrated to vMix?
