Instant Replay recording has seconds of black - continuously recording and when I play it back there are several seconds of black

I checked the source files and there's a gap between clips which seems to be causing the black, but I have no idea how to make it stop. It's happened multiple times. I've been using this program for 6 months and it never happened before this week.

I've experienced the same - continuously recording with no issues during live but the Instant Replay has a gap between two underlying clips which causes several seconds of black on the IR playback and breaks the export clip feature.
