I'm a newbie to the forum and to vmix
Hoping for a simple solution
I have 2 computers networked together Computer One computer has vmix - computer 2 runs Media Shout 7 Computer one also hosts an ATEM Mini pro
Here is the challenge that I am having
I bring in the Media shout computer as an NDI Capture which allows me to run lower 3rds, video clips and stills in vmix via media shout I have the ATEM coming in as a camera input When I play a video clip (using the NDI Capture)I can see the ATEM camera feed through it when it hits the chroma key color
I tried running a black image behind it and it still picks up the camera feed
Any suggestions on how to fix this issue? It isn't the end of the world BUT would be better to not see one feed behind the other.
thanks in advance

Why not run your Video Clips in vMix? Anyway it sounds like you are overlaying the video from Media Shout over the ATEM input. Try not doing that, rather select it as the input to send to program.

thanks ask for your reply
I'm not running it over the top of the live feed. I have it on top of a black image. The live feed is in vmix but is on the preview side which may be the issue.
I'm going to try it over a black video to see if that works or add another black input to put on the preview side while playing
My goal is, because we only have a couple of volunteer staff to run the programs, to minimize the clicks by having all the videos, songs and stills in the presentation software
Just hoping someone may have run into this issue and have a solution
