Hello there! I'm thinking about how to improve some of the features for vMix replay. I was wondering if it would be possible to make the saving vMix while all entries configured it. For example, if I set up 3 cameras, when I set the input source repetition and select what I want to repeat, you can select "All Cameras". Then, when I hit the "Save" button to save vMix 3 cameras simultaneously. Do not know if I explained well and if possible, but it could be very interesting because in just one click would all possibilities for repetitions and would select what we want. Of course we would need a very good pc.

What do you think?

Regards!

@ pasingshot & HighViewSport

You should be able to set this up with shortcut keys and triggers in advanced settings.

Thanks Ice Stream.

What about running the replay and setting the in and out point as well as replay speed of say 50%?
You cant do that will shortcuts and triggers right?

To me it makes sense for full control from main screen or separate reply screen control?

Cheers

If I understand that right you'd like to save a delay for each of the 3 cameras.

In my opinion the easiest way to do so is by creating a shortcut for each input to save for example the last 7 seconds. After that just choose one shortcut and trigger the others via the advanced tab.

I don't know if that is going to work well, but from the top of my head you should be able to save a clip from each camera with that solution. I'm doing the same with my multiple clocks (Scoreboard & penalty clock).

greetings

Keep in mind that during the video delay recording, you will miss other happenings. We usually trigger only few cameras video delay recording at the same time. So you will have few spare cameras if there should happen something interesting during first recording. This is major difference between EVS and vmix. Though price is also :)

@ HighViewSport

Setting in and out points and playback speed is a different request than saving multiple replay clips simultaneously.
Automating or being able to have an independent operator control and manipulate replay clips in the background during a live broadcast would definitely put vMix over the top, but that should be the focus of another discussion.
