Hi! I installed vmix12. Have a problem: Sometimes, when you try to switch the clip, the program does not respond to any buttons quickplay. This happens with video files and pictures. Toggle buttons cut, fade, and other available. Pressed the button stops at all. Only one video freezes, others are included with no problems. After a while, can start to hang another video. Encoding files in AVI. Resolution no more than 1024x768. What to do?

I just opened a project in which it would halt the video switching. While pictures and video is switched without problems. This has already happened several times when supply program at the most inopportune moment.
Vmix same version installed on the desktop (win7 32bit), also have an antivirus Microsoft Securiry Essentials installed. The problem with the inability to switch the video / picture was also seen on the computer.

System may be a little under powered. Have referenced the system requirements? Here vMix hardware supported
Also if you're using a laptop what are you using to capture video sources ?

Yes. The laptop fulfills system requirements. I don't use the laptop for video capture. I broadcast only ready avi files.

I see, what resolution, codec and bit rate are these files? Also do they reside on a separate drive from OS ? I know a lot of laptops tend to use 5400 rpm instead of 7200 rpm drives so it could be a simple bandwidth issue.
