Question has anyone had their VMix license key hijacked, stolen?
I have a case when ex-employee locked my vmix license from computer and cannot get access to it.
The inserting of the security key has been deactivated, and my logon email address changed, preventing me being able to login and changed license key on my computer.
Been in contact with VMix Tech support, and they are not offering any help at all.
This could happen to anyone that using license key on two computers at various times.
Any thoughts, comments welcomed.
