Hi all, I am trying to bring in an animated image sequence (background) from After Effects/Adobe Media Encoder into GT Title Designer and then place text over it in GT. I have been messing with it for a while and have yet to find the right AME output setting combination that GT likes. I have been trying to use the QuickTime animation codec (with Alpha) and then dropping that into the vMix Video Tools to convert it to a PNG sequence and then bringing that sequence into GT like the tutorial video says but so far no luck.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

What about exporting directly into PNG sequence from AE?

Annotacija 2020-08-11 170140.png (35kb) downloaded 1 time(s).

Thanks! I'm not seeing a direct output option? Maybe I'm blind but this is what I have available. Export.jpg (147kb) downloaded 1 time(s).

Add To Render Queue.

Google tutorials about AE Render Queue, there are a lot of them on YouTube.

Got it, that was easier than I was thinking...it doesn't seem to have fixed it though. I can import those PNG sequences into vMix as inputs and can run them using the overlays or whatever in vMix. However, when I import the image sequence into GT Designer, save the .gtzip file and then try to play that in vMix I get nothing, just a little blip of black.

Also, in the vMix made tutorial about image sequences in GT Designer the image sequence shows up in the preview window as the guy is building the graphic. Currently mine is not doing that. I would be interested in any potential fixes or suggestions, thanks!
