My set up:
QSC touchmix 16 mixer. Input into computer via Dante AVIO adapter, stereo from board L & R Dante AVIO adapter for input into speakers for monitoring. Dante sound card installed on computer.
Inputs: 1 talkback mic 1 shotgun mic for Interviewer 1 guest on vmix call.
What I am trying to do: I want to run vmix call through the mixer for external processing.
I need the Interviewer to hear the guest only. I need the Guest to hear the interviewer only.
And I cannot figure this out. I see where I am sometimes getting audio looping, as the guest input is coming in both to vmix mains, then also into the board.
Is there a way to route the vmix call to a separate audio bus only....I tried using the sound card built into the computer as a separate bus, then sending this into the mixer....but all of this is making my head spin....having trouble.

I have simplified this, but still having issues....I need a separate output for the vmix call, and no matter how I set this up, I get an echo. I am trying to send vmix call to a separate bus ONLY - and no matter what I do, this gets sent everywhere....to mains, which causes the echo....so how do you get a vmix call to both get set to the mains for recording, and get a separate output for monitoring?

You should be able to set the vmix call to only go to bus B (speaker green, B green, rest grey) Set bus B to not go to master (speaker green, M grey) and in Setting set the audio output for Bus B to be one channel of Dante virtual Soundcard.
That gets vmix call audio out on a dante channel only
You will then need two inputs back in to vmix... One of just the interviewer to send to the vmix caller and one of the guest and interviewer mixed together for the recording.
You should be able to do that by using a main and an aux output. When using the dante virtual sound card for input select single channels rather than a stereo pair so you can route them separately.

So I'm having a problem with my Dante AVIO dongles also I set things up in my office to see how everything was going to to work before taking them to church. Im getting a horrible echo or delay though the system even when watching YouTube. I've tried just hooking up one monitor and it still has an echo effect. Ill say this it was reduced considerably when I linked the AUX channels finally. so im going to say that the echoing is the Dante systems fault. Ill will post back here if I find a solution. Good luck
