Hi Melody,
To ensure transitions are synchronised so there are no dropped frames, all video sources must:
1. Have the same frame rate. 2. Virtual GenLock is ticked for ALL inputs. 3. Try playing the MPEG file in VLC instead of Media Player, as media player can sometimes cause issues.
Regards,
Martin vMix

hi martin, this problem happens with my 2 sony fx-7e (firewire connected) cameras. 1. all inputs have 25 fps; 2. Virtual GenLock ticked; if i play final recorded file from vMix on vlc, windows media player, media player classic, (...), the file apears to be fine but in adobe premiere cs5.5 some times i find some dropped frames and it causes desync on edition. can it be caused by connectivity lost packets? regards, melody www.espiritosanto.cc
