I have been using Restream for the past 9 months or so to stream to multiple destinations including Facebook and YouTube. To try and save some operating costs, I decided to try vMix without the Restream. I turned off YouTube in Restream and ran a test stream to YT (using the vMix API). It did not work. I tested with Restream like I have been doing, and it worked fine. I then deleted YouTube as a destination in Restream and tried again using the vMix API. Still no finished stream in YouTube. For each test I used the same stream key (YT and vMix). I then set up, in vMix, a custom destination with the same URL and stream key as before. Still no stream in YouTube. Anybody have a clue as to what might be happening here?
