Sometimes WebRTC it hangs on Windows.
It happens when we disconnect, reconnect, close/open...

When it happens, no more browsers works: Chrome, Firefox...
It is as if the WebRTC resource were "locked" from something (I think the browser).

No camera detected from browser (more installed), no audio detected, no advice to use this or other camera, NOTHING.
Sometimes we need to restart the browser, sometimes we need to restart the windows session, sometimes restart the whole PC.

When it happpens, "real" apps works: Skype, Virtualdub, many and many DirectX or VfW software.

Then: how about create a simple app like "Desktop capture" but for Vcall?
100-200kB to download and use Vcall via VfW o DirectX.

Who wants to use browser via WebRTC it's free to do it.
Who wants a real app, downloads the app.
