I am using an image sequence to do a constantly changing loop of sponsors. I basically followed this tutorial and the loop works perfectly in GT. But when I run it from vMix, it doesn't do the continuous part. I'm sure I'm missing something, but I can't figure it out. Anyone have any ideas? I tried turning on "Loop" on the title input, but that didn't work either.

Why not simply use the "Photos" input which creates an everlasting animated slideshow loop with your logos ?

load image (first of sequence)
Under animation set animation to continuous and imagesequenceloop

but that's not best practice for your goal (timing) unless you duplicate images so follow DWAM's advice which is also more flexible to make changes

Here's a quick demo video about using the photos input for animated logos loops (sorry for the bad image quality, did this real quick with an old GoPro and bad lighting)



I also often create the same technique with a lower-third graphic which contains several sponsors logos (gold, silver, bronze...) as shown here:
