Countdown Timers and Data Sources

I’m currently working on a project that involves Livestreaming gym sessions. The gym sessions have specific timers for various exercises / groups of exercises.
At the moment we are using an app on a tablet that has a list of all these timers and plays through them one after the other (they can be paused and skipped)
For example: 0:50 warm up 0:30 exercise 1 0:15 break 0:30 exercise Etc
Is it possible to replicate this behavior in vmix using data sources to load in day 20 times and go through them one by one modifying the countdown duration or something similar?
Or does anyone have any other suggestions?

Check out how datasources are made and used. you need an actual countdown running based on the data? check out the shortcut list for appropriate functions

The SetCountdown shortcut seems like it should work but I don't see a way to link that to a datasource....
