Hi,

Today we had a stream with 4 Callers. We expierienced really low bitrate, dropped frames and bad connections.
Since it was on a corporate Network the network administrator first opened all the ports in the vMix firewall requirements.

TURN/STUN: Port 10349 UDP/TCP
Video/Audio Streams: Dynamic Port Allocation UDP - 49152-65535

That changed nothing for us so the admin decided to open "Any "Ports for our IP (Service, Destination) he also disabled the ATP Scan and set an
exception for Intrusion Prevention. But nothing helps. Really bad connection.

The only Solution was to switch to a LTE Router that we have as a backup, but that is no longtherm solution

Has somebody an idea what we have to change for the corporate network to work with vMix Call?

Did the Network admin look at QOS ?
Can you get the network admin to take some wirehshark caps ?

Hey fonty33 Thx for the response. I don't know. I will ask him if he can provide some Wireshark caps.
Does qos have to be deactivated or optimized for webrtc?
