Hey guys

Ive downloaded the trial before taking the plunge of spending the money on this vmix software, the software is amazing which makes my problem ever more frustrating as its the only thing stopping me buying right now, basically i set everything up great and then when i click stream it streams lovely to my twitch account as streaming my gameplay on twitch then all of sudden i get that blue screen(heard its the blue screen of death) and my PC Crashes restarts and i get the (Windows Shut Down Unexpectedly Error)and i have the details here if it helps along with the .dmp file if that helps, I have attached the .dmp file as well if someone can help?
Here we go everything i have is here includes the .dmp files and also the message details:
http://www27.zippyshare.com/v/5849700/file.html
Tried updating my pc's NVIDA drivers but no such luck my pc is a beast so it should be able to handle this software easily:
processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) I7-2600 CPU @3.40GHz 3.40 GHz
Ram: 8GB
HDD Size 1TB
Video Card - NVIDIA GeForce GT 420
Windows 7 Ultimate x64

So i have no idea why its doing this and as i said its the only thing stopping me buying right now guys so any chance of some help would be great!

Hi,

Blue screens are not caused by vMix, but rather the driver of one of the devices you are using.
Make note of all the inputs you are using in vMix and try running vMix without each one until you find out what is causing the blue screen.

That device may be faulty or needs its drivers updated.

Regards,

Martin

I can't tell you what the device is so you need to work out it out via a process of elimination.
It is likely one of the capture inputs being added to vMix.

Well, as you say the capture card is being used in xsplit, so maybe it is causing the blue screen there.
Also, it might be your graphics card or faulty memory. Plenty of guides online about checking if these are ok.

I dont know if this helps or not but when i actually start streaming the computers fan (well i think its the fan) u can hear going faster so i downloaded that program OCCT and run it while streaming and the CPU Usage ranged between 60-80% then the pc crashed again so i dont know if that helps at all?
Also will vmix v13 be able to recognise my capture card elgato game capture? as im not the only one (read on a few forums) who is wondering when vmix will recognise it, as that would be awesome for sure
