New external output resolution to be compatible with the application driving the popular DVB-T transmitter UT-100 from Hides.

All the vMix source resolutions which are multiple of 32 work fine like: 384x288, 640x480, 768x576, 1280x1024, unfortunately 8 bits are missing for the 1920x1080 HD resolution to work with the UT-100 ;-(
