I just upgraded my video card to a Gigabyte 1660 Super from a 1050 TI. Before the upgrade I could start recording first then stream. Now if I do that when I hit the stream button I get an error along the lines of "no nvenc capable card". If I start the stream and then hit record, it seems to work, but this is not the behavior of the previous card. Use hardware encoder is checked for both streaming and recording. What did I mess up?

Did you do a clean install of the latest nVidia video driver without Geforce Experience?
