We try to inform the people who want to make a call to vMix, as much as possible.
But in our experience sometimes it need precious time to connect with the customers. They can only check the connection if the vMix application is running and someone else is communicating with them.

It would be great if the customer can check in advance is his connection is okay. If his/her audio/video is coming to the vMix server and if the return feed is working okay.

Something like https://zoom.us/test
There you can check your connection before you join/start a meeting.

Point is to set appointments for tests prior to the production day and bring support to your remote guests.

I have found this site to be unreliable. I can run that test back to back to back and get a different result each time.
