Can we politely ask members NOT to post request here unless one is certain the request is something that is truly not available in the current version of vMix.
If you don't find an answer by searching (or lack thereof) post your question in the general tab first please
You might be surprised.

I was about to post the exact same wish about one hour ago !
It becomes obvious that more and more requests are totally unjustified and only reveal the inability of many users to search correctly in the manual and in this forum or to simply explain their problems in the relevant sections. It is not new but it is intensifying quite dramatically.
I deplore this since the legitimate requests are now relegated to the depths of the system and consequently lack visibility. Which penalizes us all ...
It is nevertheless dismaying to see that the majority of the requests deposited lately are by users of which it is the very first post on this forum ... No doubt they are convinced that vMix was incapable of doing anything before they deign to be interested in it and feel like we have been desperately waiting for them to reinvent the way vMix works but as an active contributor in this community for a very long time, these behaviors are seriously starting to piss me off... and I note with regret that experienced users are becoming more and more rarer and that this community suffers, like many others, from a serious drop in level and interest.
I have no illusions about the effect that your post will have, Doggy, as well as my statement, but it feels good to say what we think from time to time... especially when we care...
