Hi guys,

I'm new to vmix, therefore I do not know if this problem is caused by some setting errors done by me, or the elgato capture card is not working properly or the IR function is buggy.

Here is the situation:

I use 2 Elgato 4k60Pro MK II as inputs in vmix for our gameplays and they work fine as everything else. as soon as I start the IR, both of the elgato start to flicker as you can see in the video below.

Do you have any tips how i can solve this problem? if you need more information about my settings just let me know.

Video of flickering while IR is on

Thank you in advance for your help.

Was thanked: 4 time(s) in 3 post(s)
your usb3 is probably shared with some other controller (disk ?) so when you lauch IR, the bandwith is not enough.
try using another USB3 port or store the iR to another disk

Thank you for your answer. The Elgato is an internal capture card, both are installed in a 4xpci-e slot. Bandwith should not be the issue here.

I am using a threadripper 3960x and its plattform, therefore no lanes should be shared with ie the nvme ssd.
