We've been using vMix calls and have noticed that there is a significant delay in the live feed and the feed that the callers are seeing. It's very disorienting for the callers who are especially thrown off when they see themselves in the program feed and notice this huge delay.
Is there a way to fix this so the delay in the feed being sent to the caller is minimized? Thanks in advance!

Is there a way to fix this so the delay in the feed being sent to the caller is minimized? Thanks in advance! Try lowering the bitrate of what is sent to them. Right-click their call input, and you should be able to find the right setting in the menu that comes up. If that doesn't work, the problem probably lies in their setup either being an overloaded computer, poor connection, firewall issues, or all three. A last-ditch effort might include making a custom input that does not have their video feed on it, and send that to them instead of the main output. Would at least prevent them from seeing themselves delayed.
