latency is dependant on models and brands
it's also dependant on the connection type... you will get more delay if you use H.264 out than with USB3

In case anybody has this same setup....Vaddio conferenceshot,Scarlett 2i2 G3...I used a 500ms delay in vmix and my FB live audio and video are spot on in sync.
