What audio output have you set for the call return? What about for the audience?
I usually route all my non-call audio inputs in bus A and my callers in bus B. Then pass both to the Master. This way I can route only voice traffic anywhere using bus as the output. Are you needing to return the zoom video as well into your production? Or are you using Zoom as the streaming platform to get out of vmix?
A diagram might be helpful too if you have a minute to draw one.
