Hello, we downloaded the 60day trial for vmix and when using vcall only allows for one user to be connected at a time.

We have 3 computers, each are connected to a different network, latest chrome browser, firewalls turned off.

Host sets up the call, User1 connects and is fine. User 2 tries to connect and in the Call Manager on the host shows the new user tried to connect and was disconnected. Then User1 freezes until they refresh their browser.

We create a new call and switch the order of the users connecting and the same thing happens. I was under the impression that the Demo allowed for 8 concurrent users?

Any thoughts on this ?

you have to add a new call for each external guest. If you send them the same link the latest takes precedence.
