vMix offers an API which allows you to create your own web controller. This can be as easy as adding links in a web page.

Moreover you can also use 3rd party applications like vMix UTC or vMix Panel Builder which are available and very well documented in this forum

Your feature request is totally useless as what you ask for already exists. It's not a good idea for a newbie who has not investigated enough to add feature request without making sure it's worth.
