Jagging or zzzzzz with movement

I'm on the AV team at our church. We have been streaming for 5 years using Vimeo LiveStream and a Broadcaster box. The HDMI feed comes from a Crestron Video system. We bought a Camlink 4K encoder and give it the same HDMI input from the Crestron but we're using Vmix 23.0.0.57 software for YouTube. We get a jagged picture when using the Camlink4k but not with the Broadcaster Box.
