Grouse. I will finally get to see a Live show LIVE. Been fast tracking my Vmix knowledge so hard that I could even tell you what novelty neon shape goes with each feature. My daughter made me buy the dinosaur and my 12yo son says "play Timmy" now instead of Lazarbeam. With all the things I have learned from the videos so far there is still a missing piece to the puzzle... "what is Tim's #1 favourite Meatloaf song?"
cheers Derek.

On the dynamic shortcuts...
A set of 8 buttons, each programmable to do whatever, and then you can quickly choose what input they are applied to?
sounds awesome!

sounds awesome! Check the intital Feature Request for this if you want to dive into the possibilities. https://forums.vmix.com/...-Functions-for-Shortcuts I'm two years behind the curve on that thread... and the more i think about it... how is it different than setting up a bank of functions that refer to the 'hover' as the active input for a shortcut? With good organization of inputs in the tabs you could set up 20+ funtion buttons and whip that mouse cursor around, changing settings on inputs or fading/squerging/cutting very rapidly. That's how I used an inexpensive midi controller to rapidly move multiple PTZ cameras around with one set of buttons... hover the mouse over that camera input, push the directional button shortcuts. Again, very easy when the inputs are organized in the tabs. Understandably, the kind of production this feature is aimed at is probably one that is hands-off the computer and 100% on the external controller, and probably not changed very often, so I can see its usefulness in that respect when combined with activators and all the doodads available. I do hope it helps out those big productions
