Thanks: 2 times
We’re working on installing systems using vMix at three different locations, but we are having a problem with pixelation artifacts at one of the locations that we’ve never encountered before and can’t seem to fully resolve.

At first we were getting large white splotches on the image which would not be seen within vMix but would be seen on the stream. white_artifacts_3.JPG (105kb) downloaded 0 time(s).

These went away by turning on the hardware encoder, but now we’re getting pixel artifacts that we see both inside vMix and on the stream. pixel_artifacts_1.JPG (93kb) downloaded 1 time(s).

Our stream hosting provider checked all the settings and cannot find anything that would seem to be causing this. We restarted vMix, we restarted the computer, we uninstalled and reinstalled vMix, and nothing helps. We input the same camera into OBS on the same computer and did not have this issue. We installed vMix onto a different computer and input the camera and did not have this issue, but we cannot use the second computer permanently.

We have never gotten this issue on our own system or the other two that we are working on, and all of them have identical computers, cameras, and stream settings. We only see the artifacts when we use vMix on this particular computer.

Thanks in advance.
