Unable to open camera in browser(Chrome)

Hey all!
Just had a quick question. My friend recently installed and has been using Vmix. When he sends me the link to join the call, I get an error message in Google Chrome saying "Unable to open camera. Make sure camera is plugged in etc..." and Chrome is showing the correct camera. I'm using a elGato 4k capture card for my camera because it's also what I stream with. Any ideas? Chrome issue possibly?
