Hello, I purchased the Digit now hd video game capture. I am working with Nikon D750 without problems (so far) I want to use with Canon Powershot g15 but I am unable. The video remains black. Does anyone have experience or advice?

I have a canon S95 not sure if it is too disimular. The battery is dead so I will order one and let you know
my Samsung NX 500 is a no go but it records H265 files I wonder if this is a clue.
