I wanted to ask what the current state of NDI is for vMix, besides the "it's in and it works"

Using a combination of NDI iphones and vmix as the main controller and OBS in satellite areas to send SRT streams to vMix.

A few questions, specifically...

Has the/will the option to select sync methods such as that available in OBS be available in vmix? if not, then what is the default setting that vMix uses?

So the OBS NDI developer guys are suggesting that either network or source timing be used for sync, whatever that means, and have eliminated the "internal" sync method.

Does this even apply to vMix?

Will hardware acceleration for NDI come to vMix, similar to how SRT can be hardware decoded?

Hardware acceleration exists in the OBS implementation of NDI, and also in the NDI tools.
