Hiii everyone,

I have been using vmix for a while and its really incredible solution for distance and remote production.

I have a problem with vMix call Audio quality, I know that the best quality vMix providing is 720p, and 1080p from vMix to vMix,
In regards for the audio, what i know is that the maximum audio bitrate is 70 Kbps which suppose to be great for audio quality.

I'm using vMix call for commenting on Sports events, the commentator is usually commenting aggressively with a high tone.

the test I made was great when the tone is normal, but when his tone become high the Audio begin to click and lose some of it.

be noted that the internet speed is very high in both places (host and commentator)

what is the best practices I can test and take into my consideration to maximize the Audio Quality as much as possible and to avoid the audio clicks while the commentator is on high tone.

Enhancing the Audio quality is my target now, please help.

thanks and best regards.

I believe the nature of your problems is the high dynamic range that the browser (webRTC) is not capable to handle clever enough. I would recommend using a compressor before you connect to vmixcall.
thanks 1 user thanked mavik for this useful post.
