Hello,

I want to use Desktop Capture as an input with VMIX 12.0.0.129.
It is working fine, but the output is blur.
In the create desktop capture window, I can't change the quality setting. It is always grayed-out with default value MediumJPEG.
Thus after desktop capture input is created, I can't find out this quality parameter.

How can this setting can be changed? Is it linked to other settings? Can it be changed afterwards?

Is it restricted on Trial version?

Hi,

If you are capturing the local computer screen, the quality will be full uncompressed which is why the value is greyed out.
If it is blurry, this usually means the output size in vMix Settings has not been set high enough to show the desktop detail.
