License required for joining calls

I've been poking around and it looks like in order to get a 1080p feed from my caller, I may need to set up a vMix to vMix connection rather than using the browser. What kind of license is required from the caller's side to support this?

Cool, I was worried it would require HD because that's the first tier that allows for outgoing calls.
