Hi,
we use multiple vMix systems and also have customers, where we have sold vMix with the right hardware. 10 days ago one of our customers complained, that their vMix suddenly is not working correctly anymore. They have a fairly recent quad-core MSI notebook and use two NewTek PTZ-1 cams via NDI|HX and some video intros and outros they are running. Nothing in the config changed, except I can only imagine some Windows updates. We also experienced problems on our vMix systems: eg a six core i7 notebook with three Panasonic PTZ cams via NDI|HX had 100% CPU usage while playing an MP4 video file. Our main desktop system with a 10 core i9 also had around 30% CPU usage in a project where it normally idles around or under 10%...
Has anyone experienced such kind of behaviour in the last days / weeks and maybe allready found the culprit?
Thanks in advance Seb
