How do you keep the live audio going out while showing a PPT presentation?

I have a slide deck with members birthdays that I want to show but I still want to be heard as I read the names on each slide.

Cool, I kept looking at the PPT presentation which just says vmix doesn't support sound in the ppt. This is what I needed, thanks...
