what is the play you use for the replay. And how do you create the chapters in the player ?

With a quick look of the source code, they seem to use Boxcast for embedding the player.
Additional Boxcast services include video markers for tagging specified instants on the timeline:

If you are using boxcast as a CDN how are you dealing with the GDPR?

As far as I understand, the boxcast servers are not located in the EU?
