Hello,
I would like to ask whether the admins know about service outage experienced with vMix Call around April 28, 2020 14:30 UTC.
Me and my client were not able to access vMix call throuch vmix.at short url, not the vmix.com was accessible. The situation was corrected in 15 minutes or so.
Would this kind of outage affect on ongoing vmix calls or only on the login procedure?
Does anyone else have experienced this case?

Hi, I'm having problems with vMix call now (18.00 CET).
Callers are able to log-in but the connection is really bad: lot of delay, the video return freezes and they were unusable.
I've sent a support request.
Regards, Matteo.

Hi,
I can confirm all our servers have been operating normally at the times noted above. We are seeing reports of congestion on Europe at the moment, but this is outside of vMix.
Note that vmix.com and vmixcall.com are on completely different servers in different countries. vmix.at is on the same server as vmix.com.
So if you were seeing issues on both, that does seem to confirm there is an internet issue in Europe that is not something we have any control over.
Also note that most of the time vMix Calls are connected peer to peer (direct connection) so any issues there will also be due to congestion on the local connections.
Regards,
Martin vMix

I can add +2 on vmix call problems around that time. (my colleague in another studio at another location had the same issues).
Audio delay of 10-20 seconds and choppy audio.
After switching to zoom there were no issues anymore. Unfortunately we could not use direct p2p connection.
we are preparing quite a large show and hopefully this problem can be resolved.

We have just spun up additional servers for Europe out of an abundance of caution.

Could you give some insight on how much ipv6 connectivity is neccessary or simply helpful for good webrtc/vmixcall connection?

Hi, we also experienced massiv problems yesterday April 28th between 18:00-19:30 CET A show that worked quite well daily for the last weeks could not make stable connections to any of the 5 vmixcalls. Switching the ISP on our side did not help with the problem. Setting up a new project with new calls didn't help either.
