I understand that I do not want to insert the Italian language as an additional language to the software, I understand not wanting to create a manual translated into Italian, But at least make sure that the online guide we find here https://www.vmix.com/help23/Automatically translated by Google Translate and various plug-ins ... Right now I have to copy and paste individual pieces to translate ... I ask a lot?

in de language folder of the vMix install location there are several language text files Yes there are languages missing but i believe it's appropriate for someone proficient in a missing language to do the translation rather than the vMix team Then at least when operating vMix all buttons and hints would be in such language

For Firefox, Find more add-ons, search for:
ImTranslator: Translator, Dictionary, TTS
With this translator you can mark a text and the translation is displayed in a popup.
