Decklink Quad 2 disappeared from the system

Hello all. I need your advice:)
I have strange situation with DeckLink Quad 2 card. It works fine, but some times it disappears from system. When I start vMix with standard for me preset I saw blank inputs from Decklink quad2 where should be all my cameras. In desktop video setup app I didn’t see Decklink quad2 card. After that I restart my PC twice and card appears in all applications. This behavior repeats 2 times per week. What it can be? I have 2 PCs with same behavior.
P.S This card installed in PC with i7 , GTX1660 Ti (6Gb), 32 Gb Ram and Motherboard is ASUS z390pro
