Hello! First, thanks for the good work on vMix! I have been talking with users about being able to do a radio podcast with vMix call with the guest being able to play music and the capacity of receiving it without noise cancelling being applied (Which ruins music in skype, whatsapp, etc). In my research I found that vmixcall is built on top of WebRTC, and major browsers like Chrome and Firefox implement a default noise reduction, echo cancelling, etc... for the normal use of microphones in meetings. I haven't found a way to disable it with flags, but found code to disable it in the instantiation of the stream object in the frontend client. With that, and a clue from PFBM user ( link to thread), I found and tested a free browser to browser service to do the audio call with the ability to select quality. I did a test at 320kbps stereo and sound went very well. This told me that there has to be a way to disable sound processing in the client like mentioned in this StackoverflowI hope tjos helps improving vMix! Thanks for your time reading.

None of this is news. Most especially not to the vMix team, who built vMix Call. I believe that they used a reference application called https://appr.tc/ as the foundation. This was very common at the time. There's a page that describes the various parameters that can be adjusted in the browser client. https://apprtc.appspot.com/params.htmlThe question before us is, what is the intended use-case for vMix Call? It's arguably already optimal for very easy remote contribution. For music, perhaps you should be considering a different means of contribution, like Source Connect Now.
