Looking for an easy way to have an audio or video clip to use as a time sync with vmix calls?

We are recording the vmix calls over NDI, but sometime we are seeing some slip or we will have a call join after we have already started a recording.

So looking for an easy way to run a quick audio sound so our editor can use that to sync.
