I am trying to capture audio from 3 sources desk/Mic/DJ software and stream it out to the net.I Have my Mic working and also the DJ software (after a long search) I found I needed Virtual cables.The problem I have is i cannot catch any desktop audio.Do I Need to add virtual audio cable for that too? Thanks in advance.

This will do - https://www.vmix.com/kno...the-system-audio-in-vmix

Better way would be to install something like - https://www.vb-audio.com/Cable/ . Route your desktop audio to this device and capture it in vMIX.
