Hello, when using v-mix calls in Italy we are unable to connect with VODAFONE. The remote system (Tablet, PC, smartphone) does not communicate with V-MIX - (part v-mix call).
With other mobile phone operators it works perfectly.
What can it be?

Within some private company networks, users are unable to reach V-MIX (part v-mix call). It is possible to have the list of ports and protocols to be opened in and out on corporate firewalls for V-MIX CALL.
