I know how to Mark in points on a video for playback but I don't see how to advance a video by frames to find the exact in point wanted. I only see the play/pause which is pretty imprecise. Is there a way?
 Thanks

                @ Sdepace
It should be noted that mp4 files are not likely to be "frame" accurate when marking IN and OUT points.
