Hey all have noticed quite a few times when we start our program (by hitting a shortcut connected to the show opener, which triggers the record start on transition in) - the start of the record seems to miss the first few seconds. Sometimes 1, sometimes up to 5 seconds is clipped off at the start.
Our system is above the hardware specs. We have tried many things but can't work out the problem.

Might be better to change the order:
shortcut recording -> transition opener ?

Yeh I've got it that way. I think it's because I have a stop recording above it. It goes SDTOP, then START, so I can force cut the program into parts to be used for different things. I assume it takes a few seances to write the previous record before starting the new one.

You could add a Sleep command between stop and start.
