Having a problem using the new Elgato Stream Deck interface for vMix 22 beta. When I first boot up my laptop, connect my stream deck, and then open vMix, I have no problem seeing the vMix enabled key's of the stream deck when I'm assigning a shortcut to them. However, if I close vMix and reopen it, the stream deck keys are no longer recognized in vMix. On the deck itself, a yellow triangle with a question mark appears over the button.https://speedtest.vet/ https://vidmate.bid/

I also have the same problem when I connect a midi controller to the laptop with the stream deck.

Any ideas of how to resolve this?

What Stream Deck software version are you using?
A fix for the latest Stream Deck version was applied in vMix 23.0.0.44.

Downgrade to Stream Deck v4.5.1 that worked on my end.

On another note, who maintains the streamdeck plugin for Elgato? I't appears not to work with Stream Deck v5 software

Working fine here on vMix 24.0.0.63, Streamdeck 5.0.1.14252, and Companion 2.2.0-somerecentbeta.

I was hung up for a while with the button addresses changing, but that's because I was using duplicate profile to make Streamdeck backups. Need to just use Backup All.
