Why I can't hear sound in some inputs?

Hi folks, nice to meet you all.
I have added 6 inputs, but just 2 are playing audio (with the leds of the audio working) and when recording the video and watching it, the ones the are not working the leds, really gets mute. In these inputs that the leds are not working (mute sound) when checking the input settings (icon gear), at the general section, the "Audio Settings" button doesn't bring any pop-up when clicking on it. Just the inputs with working leds brings an audio pop-up settings when hitting on "Audio settings" button. So, I wonder: 1. why is it happening, any idea or tip to give? 2. how do I get to make the other inputs get audio (make leds work indicating that the sound is working in that input)?
Thanks in advance. Lucato

- Hi, thanks for your reply. I appreciated. Regarding your question, the 6 inputs are: - 4 different monitors (3 displays, 1 Wacom tablet 13HD w/ display); - 1 web cam; - and input I used as audio input to get to make Multi View (to show 2 monitors), becaus if I used an input as a desktop capture and multi view for 1|2 it was showing a 3rd screen as a background(the desktop capture input entered). The inputs working the audio are just the "webcam" and the input entered as an "audio input". All 4 monitor have no sound. The led bars doesn't blink and the "Audio Settings" button doesn´t work. Btw, if you just open the vMix the 2 blank inputs already on it also don't work the "Audio Settings" button when clicking on it after hitting the engine icon/General section. Thanks for the link, but I don't think that is the solution, anyway I´ll download it now and install and if it fixes I'll post a feedback here. Thanks for your help and time. Have a nice day.

@ lucato That would indicate to me that there is no audio source for those inputs... What exactly are your "monitor" inputs? How or what are they using for audio capture/playback? And finally, how are you connecting/capturing them to your computer?

Hi folks, thanks for the replies.
Well I got to fix it, not sure how, but by deleting the presets, closing, opening again and creating a new ones. I mean, fixed more or less, the leds doesn´t blink on master and on the monitors, but the sound is saved on the record of each one.
I had to presets saved, one for using the mic from the webcam and other for using the line in with a mic from my smartphone.
Thanks and have a great weekend.
