Hello, we are interested in acquiring Vmix version 23, we need the director and the sound technician to work on it simultaneously, they told us what could be done if we put an external Behringer sound table (specifically the Behringer X-touch) so they could both be working simultaneously.
We have downloaded the demo version, but we are unable to configure it, we have read in the forums, but the most we have achieved is communication between the software and vmix, but without it working 100%.
We have followed all the manuals and tutorials that we have seen online and in your forums, we have entered shortcut, midi settings, add x-touch, add shortcut and Find ... there it detects the button of the behringer table but then it does not return to function.
Regarding the faders, when we get it to detect it, we get it to work, but after a second the motorized fade drops to 0 and turns off the audio.
It gives us the feeling that the table is not compatible with the Vmix, or we are doing something else.
Can you help us ?, in general the software seems quite powerful for our needs and we would like to have the 4K version.
